We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Monday – Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
In an effort to accommodate our patient's busy schedules during the school year, Sosebee and Britt Orthodontics will be offering Extended Office Hours starting August 1st.
Monday: 8:30 a.m - 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (for people that need later appointments)
Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (for people that need early appointments)
Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Our Mission
We are dedicated to providing the best orthodontic care for children and adults in a friendly, fun and comfortable environment. We utilize proven state-of-the-art technology to enhance both treatment and our patients’ experience during their orthodontic treatment. We understand that time is a valuable commodity and strive to consistently run on time with appointments.
Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events may occasionally require missing an appointment.
- Longer appointments are scheduled in the morning so that we can see the maximum number of patients in the afternoon.
- We alternate prime time and non-prime time appointments in order to be fair to all patients.
- Adjustment appointment intervals are 6 – 10 weeks.
- Emergencies are worked in just before lunch.
- We have a “call system” to remind patients of appointments.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
